1. General

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies governing all purchases, bookings, and interactions with LilyWyo Art Moments (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

LilyWyo provides art experiences designed for adults and teens. All classes are recreational, beginner-friendly, and not formal art instruction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.

2. Purchases Through This Website

When booking a class or purchasing a Gift Card through our website, you agree that:

• The booking is not confirmed until payment is processed.

• Pricing may vary between locations or dates.

• LilyWyo may update class details, images, or pricing without prior notice.

• All purchases are subject to availability.

You acknowledge that:

• Class images represent the theme but may differ slightly from the final artwork created during the session.

• Seating is first come, first served unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund & Reschedule Policy

At the moment, LilyWyo is not able to offer rescheduling options for booked events.

All bookings are final, and we are not able to offer refunds under any circumstances.

If LilyWyo must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to move their booking to another available date.

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are transferable to another person at no additional cost.

f you cannot attend, you may give your spot to someone else.

Please notify us via email so we can update the booking name.

5. LilyWyo Guarantee

We aim to create a safe, encouraging, and enjoyable environment.

If you feel your experience didn’t meet expectations, please reach out within 48 hours of your class and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

6. In-Studio Purchases

If merchandise, drinks, or additional items are sold at the venue:

• Prices will be clearly displayed.

• All sales are final unless an item is faulty.

7. Use of Photos & Videos

During classes, we may take photos or videos to share the joy of the experience.

By attending, you grant permission for LilyWyo to use these images in printed or digital marketing. If you prefer not to appear in photos, simply inform the instructor on arrival.

8. Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards:

• Gift Cards are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your email provider. If the email doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
                   
• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
                   
• Redeemable only through the LilyWyo website.
               
• Can be used across multiple transactions until balance is spent.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• No fees apply to purchase or redemption.

Refund Policy for Gift Cards

• All Gift Card sales are final.

• If a class purchased with a Gift Card is cancelled by LilyWyo, the credit will return to the Gift Card balance.

Lost or Incorrect Delivery

If the Gift Card was sent to the wrong email address due to customer input error, LilyWyo is not responsible for replacing it, but we will assist when possible with proof of purchase.

9. Behaviour & Safety

To ensure a positive environment:

• Guests must treat others with respect.

• Anyone disruptive, aggressive, or intoxicated may be asked to leave without refund.

We cannot take responsibility for paint spills on clothing—aprons are provided, but participation is at your own risk.

10. Liability

LilyWyo is not liable for:

• Injuries caused by misuse of materials.

• Personal items lost or damaged during the event.

• Allergic reactions to materials or refreshments.

By attending, you agree to participate at your own discretion.

11. Website Use

By accessing this website, you agree not to:

• Use any content for commercial purposes without permission.

• Modify, distribute, or reproduce materials.
                   
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse our booking system.

All website content is the property of LilyWyo.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information is collected only to process bookings, payments, and communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except secure payment processors.
