About the classes
Are the classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! All our sessions are designed for complete beginners. We guide you step by step.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, everything is included — canvas, brushes, paint, apron, materials and prices.
How long does each class last?
Our sessions are usually 2 hours.
Is it suitable for teenagers?
Yes. Our classes are suitable for teens and adults.
I’m not confident with my English. Can I still join the class?
Absolutely, yes! We also speak Spanish. We can translate, and support you throughout the class. You’re completely welcome even if English isn’t your first language.

Booking & payments
How do I book a class?
Simply choose your date, select the class you like, and click “Book Your Moment”.
How can I pay?
We accept all major cards. Payments are made securely through the website or through eventbrite
Can I book more than one seat?
Yes, you can book for friends or family in the same checkout.

Refunds & rescheduling
Can I reschedule my class?
At the moment we are not able to rescheduling our events.
Do you offer refunds?
At the moment we are not able to offer refunds.
What happens if LilyWyo cancels a class?
If we ever need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to choose another date.

On the day of class
What time should I arrive?
Just arrive at the class 10 min before start time to check in.
Can I take my painting home?
Absolutely! Your final artwork is yours to keep.

Gift Cards
How do LilyWyo Gift Cards work?
You can purchase a digital gift card on our website. The recipient can redeem it when booking any class.
Do gift cards expire?
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months. Please refers to our terms & conditions.

Comfort & extras
Do I need any art experience?
Not at all — come as you are. Zero experience needed.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable. We provide aprons.
